Once you are logged in, the “tabs” along the top of the web page give you access to the various features of your account.
The "My Details" screen shows your name and address details and lists the (permanent) cards registered to your account and allows the addition of further cards.
It also confirms that the Direct Debit is in place and the monthly amount.
The "My Vehicles" screen shows the vehicle(s) recognised by your account. You can add and delete vehicles at any time. A vehicle MUST be registered before you can use your plan to pay for work on that vehicle
If you have more than one card registered to your account, any card holder can use the plan for any car. However, the acknowledgement of any work carried out will always go to the account holder.

Yes, your money is not held by a single garage but in a Trust Account held on behalf of the Retail Motor Industry Federation, the umbrella body of the Independent Garage Association. It has been in continuous operation since 1913.
No – but there are no costs either. Participation in the scheme is entirely free.
No, the scheme is designed to allow motorist to budget for the routine and unexpected costs of motoring. If you could withdraw money, it would not be available when it was really needed for a motoring expense. You can of course close your Car Repair Plan at any time and your money will be refunded in full.
The garage can never see how much money you have in your plan (although they can confirm the availability of funds for any particular job). All participating garages are IGA members who are Trust My Garage approved and have signed up to adhere to a strict code of practice.
To add an additional vehicle to your account, click on the "My Vehicles" tab on the top navigation bar once you have logged in. Then click the green "Add a vehicle to your account" button. Type in the required information, and click the "Add Vehicle Now" button.
You will then receive a confirmation email, and your vehicle will be immediately added to your account. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, check your junk folder or contact us at email@example.com.
You can as many cars as you need for your family. If your vehicle is already registered to a different Car Repair Plan account, you will not be able to add it as an additional vehicle to a second account.
