Ian’s Autos was established in late 2008 from the back of a Volkswagen T4 van and is Is the vision of Ian Bray. Highly trained and with a firm technical and mechanical background, Ian’s autos quickly built a strong reputation for quality servicing and motor vehicle repairs.

Previously working with the UK’s market leader in vehicle processing and fleet management in 1997, Ian worked closely with Volkswagen, Audi, Seat & Skoda gaining extensive knowledge and experience of the brand.

Now in it’s 5th year of trading and having moved to their 3rd, larger, premises in borough court Brackley, Ian’s Autos offer a range of vehicle services, diagnostics, vehicle repairs and maintenance for all vehicles, whilst still staying true to his Volkswagen, Audi, Seat & Skoda roots. You only need to speak to Ian to understand his passion and knowledge for the Volkswagen and Audi Group of Vehicles.

	Ian managed to fit my Audi A6 in to a busy week at 24hrs notice after the company fitting my towbar couldn't code it properly. Worked perfectly afterwards and he was such a nice guy!	August 13, 2023
	I was having trouble with my Audi Q5 for a few weeks with the AdBlue System Fault light illuminating every time I started my car, I had taken it to two other garages beforehand, one being an Audi garage and nobody was able to sort the issue for me. Ian had my car for just over a week and the issue was resolved and fixed within this time frame. Excellent Service and it's very re-assuring that he is only down the road if I need him in the future. 	Ian's Autos has proven to me that ethical, trustworthy, professional and competent Masters of their craft are out there with a moral code of ethics. From when I went into the garage feeling sorry for myself ( and my car) Ian took over reassuring me after diagnosing and troubleshooting that it was repairable. I received a quote once he had sourced the various parts and from then on , I have been contacted and informed right up and until today ( Hooray ) when I collected my car back, clearly detailed and printed invoice of everything that had been done, and most importantly a guarantee on the work carried out. I feel so grateful and wouldn't go anywhere else ( I would rather wait as it's a busy garage ) Thank you Ian for being honest, punctual and a first class Mechanic . You do your profession proud. 	Fantastic service & diagnosed fault with detailed rectification & price as promised. Fixed parts where possible to avoid unnecessary cost. Quality workmanship at sensible prices. A great guy to deal with. The only downside is that Ian is stacked out with work so he may not be able to fit you in straight away.	August 28, 2019

	Came across Ian's Autos purely by chance from a roadside ad. Stated they were VW specialists. My van needed a service and MoT, being a T32 required class 7. Couple of things needed doing for MoT and was advised about this before work done. Ian picked it up and dropped it back once all work completed. Thoroughly recommend. Going to get him to look at my classic Merc too as a problem has occurred since a 'specialist classic Merc' garage did work on suspension - wouldn't trust them to look at it again!!	January 19, 2019
	Ian's Auto's services and repairs both of my vehicles. Seat Leon and t5 camper. I am really impressed with the standard of the work carried out and the very professional way the team operate.Both vehicles have been meticulously serviced and repaired all with original Vag parts. 	I've known Ian for many years and he worked on my company car many times when Renault could not accommodate me. He now services both mine and my wife's cars and will have my daughters car too in due course. I find Ian professional, courteous and flexible which is important when a fault crops up. 	First time that I have used Ian's Autos and I will be back. Not only is Ian a VAG specialist but he really understands how to deliver first rate customer service. He carried out a major overhaul and repair on the air suspension on my A6 Allroad plus a service and an MOT. In terms of the suspension Ian fully advised me in advance of what was required and did a lot of work on the Web to find the right parts at the best possible price and he kept me advised on progress. 	Our motorhome, which is based on a Peugeot Boxer chassis, was difficult to start, smoked a lot and clearly had been neglected by the previous owner(s). Ian at Ian's Autos quickly established what was needed, including some difficult to source parts due to the age of the vehicle (1996). He kept us informed of progress, did exactly what he promised, and returned Monty running like new. We cannot praise Ian's work highly enough and we will definitely be entrusting him with our BMW.
