| Just purchased a Land Rover and found they specialised in these from a Google search. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. They kept me informed whilst parts were on order. The paperwork was very comprehensive and all the service details had been uploaded onto the Land Rover online service history portal before I picked the car up. | I have never used an independent service agent before as I have always used main dealers so it was a huge deal for me to book Stourbridge Automotive. I did my online research to check out the work carried out and the customer reviews. I then visited the garage and spoke to a lady who explained all about the serviced that was required and also provided me with a quote. I returned home and booked the service the next day. Today I dropped the car off at 8:30am and at 3pm I received a call to say that the work had been completed. When I picked the car up there was a full and extensive report on the work carried out along with a full report on how things are wearing on the car. My car is just over 12 months old and this was its first service. I was so impressed by Stourbridge Automotive and I will be back for the next service. The main dealers could learn a lot from this garage and how they treat their customers properly without charging them a king’s ransom. | Lovely friendly staff and kept me up to date on the progress of the work carried out and were really helpful in assisting with making my warranty claim to help cover the cost of my repairs.
