| Booked my car in because it was misfiring and for a service. I let them know there was a problem with it. I was phoned to be told they weren't sure what was wrong with it but they would change the leads and that I needed new disc brakes. They did a great job with the disc brakes and were informative of what they were doing. But today I had to pull over as my engine light came on as the car was badly misfiring and I had to get a mechanic out.. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong before even looking! He found plug 4 was faulty and the coil pack needed replacing! From what he was saying it should have been obvious and he was confused as too why it was missed! This cost me more money and the inconvience of being stuck by the road with my dog for hours. | July 18, 2016 |
